Judith McCormack – Founder

26 years ago, with a BA (Hons) in the bag and after a successful career as a buyer for Marks & Spencer, I was inspired to start my own training business, the "Learning, Behaviour & Change" you are reading about today.

My success is built on warmth, humour, professionalism, and genuine care for those I work with. I am trusted by such clients as the NHS, Innocent Drinks, Eurostar, National Gallery, American Airlines, Marks & Spencer, Essence, and the Food & Environment Research Agency to train and develop their people.

I first experienced NLP for myself 23 years ago and was so taken with the speed and simplicity of the personal changes I was able to make as a result, that I qualified as a Practitioner in 2003. Applying what I had learned to both myself and the business, I went on to become a Master Practitioner and INLPTA Trainer. I am an NLP Psychotherapist accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy and have recently gained an MA in Applied Coaching.

With quality, courage and care I help others to be the best version of themselves. I take inspiration and energy from the extraordinary people I am fortunate enough to have around me and believe that anything is possible.

It has always been the human element of business that has fascinated me most and this is how I started on my NLP journey culminating in becoming an INLPTA certified trainer. I am also a certified practitioner of the Six 'I's® of Innovation, a purpose driven and human-centric model of innovation.

And seeing as companies are generally filled with humans, then being a results-driven empathetic human specialist really comes in handy when helping to define company cultures in the innovation space. How you innovate will depend on who you are and how you show up.

With over 26 years' experience as a strategically focused business leader, a good deal of which spent in directorial roles, I focused on the initiation, development, and implementation of effective strategies to deliver organisational success. My leadership preference is to empower and guide individuals and organisations to gain a sense of direction, and to look hard at what it is that motivates their success.

I am equally happy in front of a room full of people as I am in an online setting and I love presenting and public speaking. My style is very down to earth, and I will always cut through jargon and smoke screens so that everyone can feel comfortable and included.
